Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Group Leader is responsible for overall performance of various projects / sub groups of the department assigned to him/her Establish norms for various departmental activities. Allot manpower for projects and review and optimize man hours Review of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual Review Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations Review Hydraulic calculation of network linesNeed to Have Minimum 20 years of experience in Front End & Detailed Design in the hydrocarbon industry Relevant Design experience in the area of process engineeringNice to Have Experience in Design & Engineering of refinery, petrochemical, gas processing plants and LNG cryogenic unitsKRA Review of LE approved documents depending on the criticality Verifying and reviewing the 3D Model developed by piping department Review of the following documents; Engineering execution plan including engineering work schedule, Design criteria & Procurement schedule Proper and timely execution of projects in process department Ensure completion of work in the assigned budget , project plan and man hours allotted Development & Growth of employees in the department Support to other disciplines in execution of projects
