Job Description

3D Modeling of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and other pressure vessels as per ASME and other international codes & standards like TEMA, API 3D Modeling in PDS software of Static Equipment like Drums, Reactors, Filters, Columns, Heat Exchangers, etc, Preparation of Mechanical items like pumps, compressors, skids, structures, platforms, which is in scope of static equipment group. Coordinating with other discipline for clash resolution or any other modelling issues. Manage interfaces and to work closely alongside other disciplines Participating in internal 3D Model review Participating in external (Client) 3D Model review Assisting Designers for preparation of layouts Assisting JEs or Designers for preparation in vendor offer evaluation, preparation of TBA and review vendor drawings / calculations Carry out design, preparation of mechanical data sheets and specifications Knowledge of welding & material of construction Understanding of overall engineering cycle for HC Projects Understanding of Equipment fabrication and Site erection requirements to provide timely inputs from engineering Knowledge of international / domestic good engineering practices Conversant with Software skills PV-Elite or similar industry standard software Knowledge of PDMS/PDS design module
