Job Description

Role:Building Coordinator for Civil & (MEP) Mech, Elect. & Piping services for Building Qualification :Diploma/Degree :Civil (or) Electrical Engineer (preferred) Experience:6-12 years (Working at Architectural office/Sitein MEP coordination) Worklocation :Baroda, Gujarat Engineering office (not site) JobDescription :

• Detailknowledge of Installation & Complete understanding of various services inthe Building like; HVAC (ducting,diffuser, etc), Lighting, Fire alarm, Earthing & Lightning protection, Cable Tray and conduitrouting, Telephone, CCTV, LAN,IT requirements, Public address system, Fire protection system, Plumbing, Rainwater down comer & All RCC elements

• Ableto work on REVIT 3D model for clash checking
• Understandconstruction stage input, requirement, sequencing of all above services
• UnderstandCustomers tender requirement for Civil MEP services
• Coordination& meeting with in house disciplines(Civil, MEP & Project) & Vendor
• Conductkick off meeting & coordination with vendor (for 3D modelling of Building)
• Ableto verify the discipline input w.r.t. to Tender specification/scope of work
• Carryout Clash check review among various services & able to resolve it
• Singlepoint responsible to Project Manager for timely coordination, input/outputflow, clash free model with intended quality & within schedule
• Knowledgeof NBC and relevant Building codes/standards
• Ableto implement all Quality Procedures (Check list, work instruction, etc)
• Ableto conduct Quality Audit /Technical auditfor Building services
• SupportBuilding team in preparation of Tender, Bill of Quantities/MTO, etc. Software : Working on REVIT (for clash checking), Navisworks,MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Softskill : Extremely well coordination skill & flowup, Good verbal & written communication in English, team player, leadershipin resolving issues, learning attitude
