Inviting applications for the role of Manger, Client References
In this role, the client references manager will be a part of the Client Success Team (Marketing and Growth Operations) and will be responsible for the effective management of Genpact s client references program. You will Partner with the Marketing team to establish processes on building and utilizing client references through the successful management of the references database as well as proactively enhancing our reference position through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.Responsibilities- Build a single repository of references to enable usage by various Genpact teams
- Responsible for availability, searchability, and usage of references
- Ensure references data is always refreshed and updated, diminish client fatigue by reducing the number of times we use clients as a reference
- Define metrics and supervise usage as well as efficiency of references
- Develop a culture to encourage teams to recommend references
- Build an advocacy program for clients/internal teams and empower them to come forward as references
- Keep a track of external developments and trends around best practices and automation approaches around various aspects of the program
- Provide rich insights across reference dimensions, activations, and effectiveness
- Leverage alternate complementary data points to inform references strategy
- Build an insightful narrative/recommendation about the strength of the reference by working with cross-functional teams
- Work with leadership across verticals and accounts to ensure actions are implemented, tracked and impact is measured
- Work with other teams within marketing, sales, analyst relations, growth ops, and operations, etc. along with other team members to ensure relevant references are available to all teams promptly
- Ensure best practices sharing by working with SPOCs and account teams to understand where to build improvement, track it, share it across accounts and verticals
- Work on special projects and ad hoc requests as per requirements
- MBA from Tier 1 school; Undergraduate: Any (high academic achievement desirable)
- Relevant years of experience with a consulting background preferred
- Hands-on experience in business writing and developing business presentations
- Experience in business analysis or business/management/strategy consulting or PMO/strategic initiatives/programs at a Global company
- Experience in program management role and exposure to sales and marketing functions
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- High comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure problems with limited information, ability to make reasonable assumptions
- Strong business writing (both - prose/long narrative and power-point) skills, backed by the ability to research information (primary and secondary channels), and synthesize
- Strong business analysis skills and business acumen to understand business models, companies financial metrics and so on
- Strong project/program management skills. Ability to effectively work with a cross-functional global virtual team to deliver outcomes in a complex and fast-moving environment
- Proactive and self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with minimum direction on a day to day basis
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; proven ability to get results across multiple groups and disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop presentations and whitepapers and to influence and work with peers, customers, suppliers & partners
