Job Role : Level 1 (or) Level 2 Network Security Engineers

Exp : 2 to 10 yrs

Work Location : CHENNAI / HYDERABAD

Job Description :

• EXP with SECURITY - Firewalls, TCP/IP, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, SSO, IDS/IPS, Anti -Spam, Anti-Virus, Web Security proxies, Email Security filters, VPNs is MUST
• Hands-on EXP in ENTERPRISE PRODUCT SUPPORT is MUST
• Familiarity with DLP and Encryption gateways.
• Demonstrable EXP with systems installation, configuration and administration of UNIX / Linux and Windows based systems (prior Active Directory / LDAP EXP desirable)

Job Responsibilities :

• Work with a world-class ENTERPRISE TECHNICAL SUPPORT team spread across India, Japan, London, Singapore, USA
• Involves extensive interaction with customers across the globe using entire suite of products/features
• Work on critical enterprise customer issues that are bubbled up from both pre and post-sales pipelines
• Demonstrates strong product knowledge, ability to articulate our value proposition, and ability to handle complex technologies
• Develop strong working relationships and liaise with various support team members as required.
