Job Description
1. End-to-End Recruitment process on various requirements of the company.
2. Managing a team of recruiters, take accountability to fill the position on TAT.
3. Developing recruitment strategy.
4. Actively Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews, and follow-up with candidates for in house hiring.
5. Salary negotiation and closing the position on your end itself.
6. Team Management -Recruitment ,Training & Performance management.
Requirements:
This role will have responsibility for managing the recruitment team. Who will be responsible for understanding the objectives and design a recruitment strategy that supports company objectives. Managing a team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results .
