Inviting applications for the role of PA, Record to Report Payroll
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for Payroll activities
- Knowledge in Human Resource & Payroll Systems
- Fair communication skills (Ispeak 5.0 +)
- Dispute resolutions - Exception processing / Email and Calls
- Ability to communicate with the customer on a regular basis
- Good MS Excel & MS Access skill
- Good Typing Speed
- Good Analytical & Problem solving skill
- Basic Journal and Ledger Accounting Knowledge
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer Customer queries on calls or emails
- Process verification of employment for Penske employees
- Perform employee record correction on ERP system
- Run payroll on a weekly basis
- Setup deduction on employee files and make payment to vendor
- Responsible for daily SLAs
- Perform GL accounting for payroll expenses
- Updating SOP s on timely basis and getting them reviewed & approved by process owners and business
Skills and Experience
- Excellent comm. skills Verbal & Written
- Minimum Bachelor s Degree B.Com (Mandatory), M.COM/MBA

Preferred qualifications
- Good knowledge in Payroll/R2R
Hands on Experience in Oracle or ADP
