Inviting applications for the role of Consultant _ JD for process Associate_ IT Support Executive

  • Business fluency in English
  • Confident communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Incident Management (L1 Support/ L2 Support)
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and chat
  • Creating of tickets, following up on the tickets created, informing users on resolution provided, confirming the issues resolved, closing of tickets.
  • Ensuring post-review of priority 1 incidents.
  • Notifying the participants in the Incident Management process when standards and procedures are not being followed.
  • Responding to the Incident Analysts regarding escalation issues in a timely and appropriate fashion.
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to fit well into the team
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills (including Application Support)
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • The ability to work independently and in a remote team

Must Posses

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Business fluency in English
  • Facilitation skills including strong oral and written communication
  • Technical documentation
  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical skills: infrastructure skills
  • ITIL Certification

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Business fluency in English; Confident communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
