We offer a position of a Senior Developer within a highly motivated and empowered team following the Lean approach.
The Role:
- Responsible for providing technical leadership and owning the architecture/design of a product in the scrum team and be the performance expert for the team.
- Works closely with the partner teams evaluating architecture risks and estimates effort for business case or backlog item, prepares management decisions on these topics.
- Translates business and product requirements into technical requirements, models and software architecture and follows all agile principles of development
- Aligns architecture with stakeholders regarding architectural or technical dependencies. Supports and advices product owner and the partner teams by ensuring technical and architectural feasibility, readiness, and compliance.
- Manage collaboration with partners and internal product team in aligning product priorities, code quality and expectation management of SAP development standards. Ensures close collaborationwith the partner team members and acts as a bridge between SAP development standards and partner delivery and takes accountability for ensuring code quality delivered by partner
Role Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience of driving/leading development of SAP applications and a proven track record of getting complex software architectures done S/4 HANA and S/4 HANA cloud space.
- Experience building highly available, secure and scalable enterprise products.
- Preferably Retail industry expertise with functional understanding and competencies
- Minimum 6+ years of ABAP development experience throughout the entire software stack (backend, process integration, UI development).
- Understanding into project management, solution management, product management, presales, consulting or support.
- Understanding of building highly available, secure and scalable enterprise products using SAP HANA Cloud Platform.
- Sound knowledge of ABAP performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience in SAPUI5 development.
- Experienced in test driven development and agile development.
- Understanding of building highly available, secure and scalable enterprise products using SAP HANA Cloud Platform.
Knowledge in the following:
- Persistence development in HANA using CDS views.
- Information Models/Analytic Content development Attribute/Analytic/Calculation Views
- SQL/SQLScript
- Developing UI Annotations part of OData service definitions
- Formal/Security Code Checks using Fortify
- Source Control using GIT/Gerit
