Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate SWAM Admin & Project Coordinator
- SWAM Admin L2 support experience managing Enterprise environment
- Experience in performing Below activities
- Flexera SAAS Management operations
- Engg. License uploading in FNMS
- FNMS Compliance reporting
- Identify less frequently used Software
- Internal / external audit support
- Software asset management Page Development
- SOP Documentation
- Creating Usage reports
- Scan Data analysis only for Shared products (Oracle Java, OpenText, Informatica, Etc.) for timely removal from TSA agreement
- Extracting and Normalize Scan Data & Effective licenses
- Contacting user to check future requirements via MS Forms
- Providing requirement to Buyer for procurement
- Effective license migration to New SAM tool form existing SAM tool
- Reconciliation of Entitlement data New SAM tool
- Checking of proof of purchase, loading instructions, End User entitlement trail.
- Providing details to packaging team for packaging
- Management of Non-transferrable licenses for removal SAM Tool
- Gathering Entitlement of non-transferable licenses from SAM tool
- Contacting user to check future requirements via MS Forms
- Providing requirement information to Buyer for procurement
- License Renewal management for licenses which are transferable from existing
- Identify licenses which need renewal
- Contact user for renewal is required or not
- Provide information to buyer for contract/agreement for renewal under new MSA
- Re-cycling of licenses during process
- Repository dump from SAM tool Requests, catalog, license pools, contracts and licenses.
- SWAM administration and Support experience
- Facilitation skills including strong oral and written communication
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical skills: SWAM Admin skills
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
