VP - Procurement operations and delivery leader Candidate Expectation : Hands on 15+ Years and should have P2P (procure to pay) experience which is both downstream and upstream accounts payable Looking for transformation experience and candidates who have hands on experience with major procurement technologies Knowledge on Coupa and Areba technologies is preferrable Education: Any graduation but preferrable is an engineer + MBA. Candidates need to be flexible in terms of shift timings. Team management role. Not looking for a particular industry and any company with the necessary skills set is okay ROle Oversee all work delivered through a global, regional or centre service delivery operation, including managing the teams, implementing and improving standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies, and met operational and financial commitments. Support the sales process, as needed, by participating in the solution design. Also drive source to pay transformation projects with the clients ( NEW DIGITAL PROCUREMENT areas) Experience across sourcing to pay operations is essential End to end source to pay experience Direct material Sourcing, Category management, contracting support, Transaction Processing, Vendor Creation, Catalogue Management, Supplier On boarding, Tactical Buy, Statement of Work, Sourcing - Request for Information, Request for proposal, Request for Quote, Statement of Work, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Risk management , Contract Redlining & due-diligence, Vendor & Employee helpdesk, Master data (Vendor, Material, Catalugue), Financial & Metric Analysis, Invoice processing, Statement reconciliations, Payment processing etc.
