he CDM Support Role will be responsible for a number of the following activities:

RaisinginvoicerequestsintoBTbilling

systems or teams for a defined set of BT contracts or products; Compilation and

management of invoicing sent one BT entity

to a singlecustomer entity. This may include multipleinvoices between these entities;

The management ofmultipleinvoicesderived

from a central commercial inventory sent from a single BT entity to multiplecustomer entities;

Obtainingcostinputs,normalising,validatingand managingexceptionstocorrectionfor customercontractsor a definedsetof BT orThirdPartyproducts;

Managingandreportingforallinternal

contract resource costs including forecast

Knowledge oftower

Numerate

GoodunderstandingofMicrosoftExcel,excellentemailwritingskills

and variancemanagement for small to medium sized contracts ;

Management of IBUY POpurchasesforcontractsincludingordercontrol,chargevalidationandcontractduration
