Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

ProductionPlanning & Control based on the Fluctuating Marketing demands.

Planning the batches for manufacturing and packing on day to day basis to meet marketing priorities.

Revising the productionplan as per change in the priorities and material availability.

Arranging the materials delivery in time as per the production schedule based on the marketing priorities, coordination with purchase department.

Campaign wise material planning & control to stop excess purchase.

Coordinating with outsourcing department for loan license & Contract Manufacturing.

Tracking and supply each order with coordination with Prod QC QA Captive/FDF & Marketing.

Attend Production meeting to understand the reason for variance & coordinate for solution

Reduces the RM / FG non-moving inventory, Review of inventory and coordination for Disposable Stock clearance.

Monthly & Quarterly Review S & OP meeting.

Communication to Concerns Dept for variation of delivery commitment.
