Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle user queries through calls.
- Candidate should have good communications.
- International voice (Customer support) experience is mandatory.
- Required to handle Queries.
- Should be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the customers.
- Age should not be more than 35 yrs
- Ready to work in 24*7 shift
NOTE:- We are looking for Immediate Joiners only and candidates should be flexible with WORK FROM OFFICE as and when it require.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:-
1) Any UG/Graduate/Post Graduate
SKILLS REQUIRED-
- Candidate with a minimum of 18 Months international voice process (BPO) experience and excellent communication skills required.
- Candidate should be able to handle the pressure.
- Candidate should be time flexible.
SHIFT - 24*7 Shifts
LOCATION - Bahadurpally (Hyderabad)
