Job Description
* Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
* Training new or existing employees
* Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
* Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
* Conducting various welfare activities
* Community initiatives programs - organizing and participation
* Regular updating of communication channels
* Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
* Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
* Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
* Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
* Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
* Checking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee's accounts.
* Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines
* Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
* Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
* Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing
* Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews, Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description
- Recruitment : Handling the end to end recruitment processes like sourcing of profiles, Interview and Selection, Salary Negations etc.,
- Induction & Orientation: Taking care of employee induction process and explaining the employee about the policies and procedures of company in every detail.
- Entry & Exit Formalities: Handling the Entry and exit formalities of the employees.
- Documentation: Maintenance of employee data and supporting the payroll team.
- Training: Training freshers about the sourcing of profiles from job portals and networking sites and phone call etiquettes for effective communication skills.
- MIS Reports: Preparation of Monthly MIS reports and submitting to the top management
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives
- Lead the execution of key HR processes like Payroll Process, Attendance and Leave tracking etc.
- Manage, investigate and report out employee relation cases and ensure a fair, consistent and proper resolution within the considerations of Company policies, procedures and values.
- Lead and execute the HR reporting function by ensuring the HRIS is maintained in a timely and an accurate manner.
- Assist in the defining and refining of the policies to balance the employee and organizational needs. Ensures consistent communication of the same to foster a positive, collaborative and engaged environment.
- Conceptualizes the Human Resource process improvements and takes lead on bridging process gaps that are highlighted
