Roles and Responsibilities
The role of HR will include Induction, DAP Implementation, CAP, PIP, BGV, Exits, IJP interviews, Confirmation, Probation Extension, Employee queries and grievances, HR Audits, Skip Level Meetings, Employee Engagement Activities, NCNS process, All Statutory compliance (as prescribed by local government)
In addition, he/she will have to take care of any adhoc tasks as per the requirement.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive orientation and on-boarding for new joiners, Implement and support various HR processes / policies
and partner with Business Managers to meet Business goals.
2. Drive Attrition discussions with business, work with them to facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels
are within targets.
3. Facilitate and drive leadership connect through skip level meetings and work with Managers to circle back
actions taken on the feedback.
4. Facilitate Employee Engagement Processes in the Account/process aligned to Support quarterly Rewards
& Recognition program in the Business Unit.
5. Drive Engagement Survey along with action planning and feedback.
6. Managing exits for the Business Unit.
7. Ensure appropriate disciplinary steps in case of process / policy related violations.
