Job Description

Hiring Senior Bench Sales Recruiter(s) for the US IT staffing with around 3 to 5 Years of experience.
Must and should have sound experience in marketing the Bench Consultants.
Must have a good understanding of IT Technologies.
Should have proficiency in the usage of vendors list, LinkedIn, and other job portals for marketing Hotlist of candidates.
Must have a good understanding of tax terms Corp-to-Corp/ W2/ 1099.
Coordinate with candidates for scheduling the interviews.
Must be good at negotiating rates with the consultants.
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
