Job Description

Dear Folks,

Job openings in Powai Location - DL2/ Desktop Support L2 /Hardware & Networking Engineer.

Technical JD for the DL-1 position.

- Must have experience on Desktop/ Laptop end user support and server-client environment

- Should have knowledge of Server L1 and Network L1

- Should have basic knowledge of Windows Security updates/ AV Mgmt. / Backup support

- Must of knowledge of MS Outlook mail client

- Knowledge of office 365 and cloud computing will be added advantage.

- English communication (Written and verbal both) necessary.

Mandate Criteria:

1) Graduation is must.

2) 2 Years of minimum experience required

3) FTE mode as per the compliance (No retainer can be taken)

4) Candidate should in clean shaved face.

5) Budget: CTC- Up to 260000 LPA Max.
