Mirth Developer - Hyderabad / Secunderabad @ NTT Data

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

• Coordinate with customer and other stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements
• Install, setup and configure Mirth Connect/NextGen integration platform on AWS environment.
• Design, code, test and document interfaces of moderate to high complexity as per the requirements specifications using Mirth Connect/NextGen integration platform on AWS environment.
• Involvement with resolution of complex software development issues that may arise in a production environment
• Participate in root cause analysis and help in resolution of the problems using defined problem management procedure
• Coordinate with internal as well as external teams located both at onshore and offshore and provide status on tasks assigned to lead or manager

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Undergraduate degree and 4 years of experience developing integrations using Mirth Connect/NextGen platform and JavaScript
• Must have experience with requirements gathering, analysis, design and development of integrations
• Should have good knowledge of Healthcare Payer/Plan domain and standards
• Experience with handling customer and other third-party vendors effectively
• Must have problem solving ability to provide solutions to complex and new business problems.
• Generate innovative ideas and apply them in implementing solutions
• Must be flexible and adaptable towards changing organizational needs
• Good Communication and inter-personal skills

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• API development experience
• Good knowledge of Healthcare Payer domain and standards
• Working experience on Unix/AIX platform
• Fair understanding of industry best practices, processes and procedures
