Education
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
Work Experience
- Min 2-4 years of previous experience in Taxation - Direct Indirect after completion of CA
Role Summary
The role would be a part of Finance team and the incumbent would majorly be responsible for
Direct Tax
- Timely and accurate deposit of Statutory dues and returns under various Direct Tax laws.
- Computation of Advance Income Tax, filing of Income Tax Returns.
- Ensuring proper deduction of TDS on all expenses.
- Handling Income tax/ Transfer Pricing, income tax refunds and appeals etc.
- Advising and taking positions on various tax issues.
- Liasoning with the consultants for opinions on Income Tax.
- Closure of Tax audit and Transfer Pricing audits.
- Facilitating the Transfer Pricing study and review of the same.
- Ensuring Monthly closing and preparation of schedules relating to Taxation
- Handling all tax related queries raised by accounts and other Departments (consulting, HR and Admin.
Indirect Tax
- Timely and accurate deposit of Statutory dues and returns under GST (GST-3B, GSTR1, GST9/9C).
- GST refund and replying to GST notices.
- Ensuring that CENVAT credit is being taken correctly and maintenance of all the records for claiming the same
