Job Description
As a trade advisor they are responsible for creating reviewing & processing various type of trade documents. Once reviewed, the advisor will take end-to-end ownership of the inquiry, communicating with parties to ensure smooth processing of the request received .
. Core Process Activities -
- Ensure successful sign-on to all systems. Inform supervisor to raise request for ID's not working / suspended.
- Processing/Verification of day to day transactions/ queries/ tasks as per local operating procedures.
- Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality (KPI's) is maintained.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Timely review of all cases assigned to work basket & ensure clear worklist EOD
- Work on all the messages lying in the individual basket
- Ensure all cases has been updated as per the process
- Escalate ageing cases to respective service team as applicable
- Initiate appropriate follow-ups where required
- Ensure Teams quality score are met.
- Ensure Process Refresher/New Learning/Best practices session happens Weekly/Monthly.
- Action the cases within 24 Hours.
- Review the work-list to identify the cases which needs to be resolved as per the SLA / Tier
- Co-ordinate with other departments both internal and external to help resolve customer query.
- Resolving suspense breaks.
- Identifying process Risks and immediately highlight to management for review
- Report any instance of suspicion to supervisor for appropriate actions immediately
- Ensure Full review of end to end enquiry and effective communication always until closed
- Proper resolution to a case avoiding Re-opens
- Collating required data for analysis.
- Escalate any potential client issue to Team Seniors immediately.
- Meticulously to follow all control measures designed by the Business to avoid risk events.
- Meet required productivity metrics set for the team.
- Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised
- Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to daily check list
- Look for additional training needs at all times.
- Clear Worklist/processing queues and queue monitoring.
- Constant review of Operational / Enquiry queues and all proactively updated until resolved
- Deliver effective and timely feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. Checker
- Closely monitor Worklist/Pending/Resolves etc.
- Responsible for smooth migration of responsibilities for client.
- Foster a strong partnership with all stakeholders
A. Other Activities
- Must receive a pass rate of 95% on Mandatory training assessment
- Committed team player and willing to contribute to departmental initiatives
- Ensure all the InfoSec policies are adhered to.
- Flexibility to work according to the Business hours/ During weekends (if required)
- Comprehend customers queries / complains / comments
- Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries
- Ability to manage work efficiently with minimum guidance
- Should be willing to take quality Feedback and show improvements in the upcoming reviews.
- Should be a quick Learner and Team player.
- Adherence to all Mandatory Trainings (Both Client and company).
- Should complete Monthly Process Knowledge assessments successfully.
- Should be willing to participate in adhoc Production Validation Testing or UAT as required.
Qualification - Commerce graduate
Experience - 0 to 2years
