Role
As a Customer Relations Officer you will be responsible to solve queries, complaints of the customers. Help customer to complete the profile.
Responsibilities
For Customer Relations Officer the candidate will need to:
1. Calling out customer and helping them complete their profile
2. Help in resolving customer queries
3. Interact with customers by phone, e-mail and online chat
4. Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services.
Requirements
1. Min Qualification - HSC
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Passionate and self driven
4. Strong integrity and work ethics
5. Well versed with computers
6. Prior experience in Customer service or Customer Facing job will be an added advantage
7. Flexible with Shifts (for female its Day Shift)
Good to have
1. Fluency with general desktop productivity software
2. Fluency in Regional language
3. Desired typing speed above 30 words per minute
