We are urgently looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist for our Internal HR team. Looking for someone who has experience in IT and Non IT recruitment preferably who have experience in working on Digital Marketing profiles will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Prior Experience: Should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.
- Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.
- Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
- Effective development of recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using various networking tools.
- Conducts candidate sourcing and application screening, designs and implements recruitment strategy, interviews, negotiates offers with candidates, and assists with facilitation of the onboarding of new employees.
- Demonstrated credibility with business leaders; strong consulting skills, a positive attitude, and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media, Resume databases, Job Portals and professional networks.
- Should be flexible to take over any other work assigned but not limited to the above.
