The product our team building is responsible for catching fraud at early stage with help complex machine learning models and smart filter engine which help in auto reject suspicious transactions in realtime. Our solutions need to scale across millions of such transactions, working with terabytes of data, integrating with various other APIs in real time and yet providing high availability and configurability to the business. You will be responsible for working with a team of engineers in design, development, test, and deployment of a range of products built on Spring boot based microservices. A successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer-facing experiences, a strong technical ability, excellent project execution skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Work within a team of highly talented engineers, product and architect to design and develop highly scalable systems
Being involved in design meetings to propose, discuss and refine new features and functionality.
Coding, Testing & Monitoring & maintaining
Maintain and enhance the existing architectural documentations and create the new one as needed
Participate in code and design reviews
Provide suggestions for continuous improvements as necessary.
Be proactive and anticipate/handle issues before they blowup.
Exhibit a strong backbone and challenge the status quo when needed
Required Skills:
5+ years industry experience.
Experience in developing RESTful endpoints or other SOA endpoints.
Experience in developing backend services in Java, Spring, Hibernate.
Demonstrable programming abilities in Java other languages like C++, Python.
Understanding of Data Structures, algorithmic techniques, design patterns and best coding practices.
Flexible and adapting the changing circumstances, tenacious.
Expertise on Relational databases & NoSQL databases. Desired understanding of Mysql, Oracle, JDBC and ORM frameworks (e.g. Hibernate).
Experience with development of scalable and distributed Java services with caching solutions.
Should be passionate and take pride in building systems that are used by millions of users every day.
Should have good communication skills
