Inviting applications for the role of AM, Marketing Campaign Specialist
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist you need to understand how to accelerate growth by crafting scalable marketing programs through automation. You have a passion for digital marketing and operational efficiency driving revenue through automation. Your passion is to architect and roll out digital campaigns with an innovative edge to optimize and expand your lead database.
Ideally you are a seasoned campaign developer relevant experience with Marketo. Your role will help our team to develop online campaigns with lead capture forms and landing pages to support acquisition and demand generation programs, to successfully reach new customers and expand revenue growth within existing customer base.
Responsibilities- Technical setup and strategy of revenue marketing programs (e.g. Email Nurtures, Event Campaigns) with all the associated flows and targeting settings
- Crafting the HTML templates & necessary development work to handle email campaign launches through Marketo
- Own landing page testing and optimization from hypothesis development to execution and measurement to improve user experience and conversion.
- You will be in collaboration with Creative and Marketing teams, as well as 3rd party vendors, build and constantly test Marketo programs that achieve the goals and objectives of the campaign - accurate assets, copy, images, CTA, data collection and tracking points.
- Build lead capture forms and landing pages to support acquisition and demand generation programs, to successfully reach new customers and expand revenue growth within
- Delivering reports and develop dashboards for campaign success evaluation
- Optimizing materials for campaign tracking and attribution
- Supervise the Lead database and dispatch orphan MQLs daily to the appropriate Sales reps.
- Administrate Marketing automation platform connected to a CRM system
- Run/optimize digital channels: ad spend across SEM, retargeting, and display, email efficiency across offers and drive more leads while optimizing costs.
- Handle high volume requests each week while delivering high quality work.

QualificationsMinimum qualifications
- Good command of English and communication skills (Spoken and written)
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Relevant work experience as tactical and strategic Marketing automation software experience
- Proficient using any major automation platform: Marketo (Marketo expert certification is appreciated)
- Firm understanding of lead conversion funnel with a strategical attitude to be able to consult key marketing partners
- Confident HTML/CSS skills with understanding website development environment and challenges
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce.com (or another CRM tool)
- Solid business insight including a good sense of how a well-integrated Marketo and CRM systems can be utilized to improve business.
- Technical, strategic, and functional expertise with all marketing automation development and executions
Encouraged qualifications - Marketo certified Specialist with a professional track record
- Manufacturing industry knowledge
- Can work cross functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function.
- An ability to interact and communicate efficient with others at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact.
- Experience within B2B Marketing atmosphere
- Experience in training junior campaign developers and driving innovative ideas for elevating our marketing standards
- Good understanding and previous work experience with social advertising channels
