We are hiring for the role of "Account Lead". Interested candidates can send in their updated resume for the rounds of discussion.

The roles and responsibilities of an Account Lead include the following:

1. Partners closely with client project owner to understand business objectives and overall strategy brand plans as a mean to manage content projects appropriately

2. Facilitates project planning, milestone tracking, status updates and change tracking from the initial kick off meeting until successful project closure as a means to support the development of a high-quality customer centric deliverable

3. Understands underlying content strategy and technology in order to ensure they help find the best solutions to meet customer and business needs

4. Ensures that new service requirements are delivered to the appropriate stakeholder.

5. Collaborates with IT Technical Analyst on all technical dependencies as input to End to end project plan and cost estimate for the project

6. Manages delivery teams of Production Partners and serves as an interface between creative and technical teams

7. Upholds client standards adherence from all project stakeholders

8. Manages or ensures proper escalation of project related risks and issues

9. Tracks project progress and status in project management tool and reports to Project Owners and Account Leads.

10. Act as central point of contact end-to-end for all digital content projects.

11. Manage content creation and content production of Content Production Services projects (requirements management, creative content dependencies, approval milestones, tech. production, and deployment)

12. Accountable for meeting content quality and timelines expectations of all assigned digital content projects in line with business requirements and client standards.

13. Conduct project post mortems, RCA, CAPA and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

14. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

15. Get things done from people & teams, whatever it takes, maintain great client relationships.

16. Keep competing vendors at bay and be able to solve business problems related to multi vendor scenario, both executional and our interest related.

Desired Skills:1.Top MBA with around 8+ years of experience in Project Management capacity ideally in Digital based projects, including all aspects of process development and execution.

2. Experience in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, working knowledge of latest technologies.

3. Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.

4. Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills

5. Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects.

6. Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.

7. Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.

8. Must have worked in Service Industry in a dynamic high volume, small ticket size setting.

Education: Any graduate/Diploma (Pharma or Computer Science preferred), Top MBA preferred.

Skill Set- Account management, Digital client servicing experience and ready to work in multiple shifts, Excellent communication.
