Job Description
Context & Role
We are looking for candidates with experience in data analysis, ability to engage with various stakeholders for development and execution of strategy with an understanding of key levers which impact financial outcomes in life insurance industry.
Qualification: MBA (will prefer if some actuarial papers are also cleared), proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, good communication skills, understanding of finance and actuarial concepts
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating with business units and support functions (Actuarial, Claims, Retention, Operations, MIS, Analytics, Finance) for data analysis of key operating levers
Ensure data accuracy
Prepare dashboard on plan vs. actual and projection for the year
Suggest corrective actions to be taken
Execute actions suggested
Provide inputs for analytical model for risk mitigation
Track and update all stakeholders on industry trends
Measures of Performance
Actionable insights developed basis industry and internal analysis
Actual performance tracking to plan
