Designation: Manager/Head Delivery
Location : Pune
Experience : 8 -15 years

To be successful in this role, you need to know how to manage a team, a project schedule, and
work with clients effectively. You need to have excellent relationship-building skills and be able to communicate clearly. And since you will need to anticipate any potential pitfalls that could pop up throughout the project, it is helpful to have basic instructional design skills, a general understanding of what is possible in the authoring tools you are using, and a working knowledge of the way LMS (Learning Management System) works.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, and create student-centric academic content based on ICT, design thinking, and STREAM framework
- Provide expert insights and reviews to team in creating ILT content using state of the art methods
- Liaison between external and internal customers, making sure everyone stays on same page
- Research and evaluate new methodologies, technology tools, education policies and processes
- Plan for timelines and set deadlines for projects and coordinate with team for achievement
Skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience of working in an educational / e-learning organization
- Experience and exposure to K-12 level:
- Computer science fundamentals
- Graphic and web design
- 3D and 2D animation
- Robotics and electronics
- Game design and development
- Programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Keen eye for arts and aesthetics
- Passionate about education and user-centric content development
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
