Responsibility:
- Manage implementation of VM standards for the concerned region.
- VM Planning and timely implementation
- Align with Concept VM / RVM on the planogram and VM calendar for the season launch
- Manage execution of the planogram and VM dockets in stores across the region. Guide the store teams and execute all the required seasonal VM dockets
- Drive standard checklists to ensure VM standards are maintained across all stores in the region
- Responsible for New store openings, fixture orders, visual plan, setups & Opening report. Provide all required support to ensure store readiness from a VM perspective.
- Conduct VM training to store teams & store audits to ensure adherence to VM guidelines.
- Track ROS & make required changes to merchandise display in consultation with the Regional VM Manager.
