* Assistant Manager - Fixed Deposits
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - Scale up online origination of deposits & Mutual Funds through digital platform Design approach & solution for identified projects Translate business/project requirements into technology requirements effectively & ensure correct builds for desired business delivery Review and understand existing product processes to identify functional requirements to eliminate waste, improve controllership and deliver flexibility Engage with internal & external partners/customers
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Post Graduate from a leading institute with relevant experience. 4-5 years experience in online businesses or related fields. Sound knowledge on concepts of Mutual Funds a must. Thinks fast. Agile. Adapts to new situations quickly Strong team player and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Core set of personal values, which ensure highest level of integrity in all business practices Must have hands on experience in preparing Excel Reports and PowerPoint Presentations Must have Excellent Written and verbal Communication Skills.
