Job Description
Designation: GM - Finance
Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience: 15 20 years of which 10+ years must be in similar profile.
CTC: 25.00 Lac PA
Job Description:
To oversee company's, financial planning and cash management system. The applicant will have rich experience in financial management and administration, maintaining strong relationship with banks, NBFCs and other financial stake holders and have the ability to develop new relationships. Applicant will monitor and improvise from time to time the system & processes for effective control and updates to the management.
- To search bank & financial institutions for funds requirements of the company.
- Liasoning with Banks & financial institutions to arrangers short/Long Term borrowing.
- Visiting/Coordination with banks, financial institutions Investors, Auditors, Rating Agencies regularly to address one & all matters at senior levels.
- Credit proposal for bank renew & enhancement.
- Handle LC Opening, bank guarantee, Counter Guarantee and documentation for credit facilities.
- Preparation of CMA Data
- Prepare cash-flow statements (short term & long term) and bridge the gaps.
- Monthly bank advices on charges & interest working verification.
- Daily monitoring of cash flows including planning & working.
- Balance Sheet profit and loss statement analysis & able to response the quarries of it.
- Manage existing financial relationships and develop new ones.
- Monitor finance cost closely and work towards reducing the same further
- Maintain effective systems of policy and processes that controls the companys finances
- Prepare financial reports for internal and external use
- Handling direct & indirect taxation matters.
- Manage, train and develop the team for enhanced output
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Experience in managing 7-9 members team.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
Note: Candidate having work experience with Corporate industry Finance .
