We are inviting applications for the role of SM, Python programmer
Were looking for a Python Programmer who would be responsible converting existing SAS codes to Python The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project.
Responsibilities
- Professional experience in Analytics extensively used Python and SAS/SAS SQL/SQL/ data exploratory and analytics skills, Hands on experience in Advanced Excel
- Execute deliverables by Business Intelligence and Analysis, Designing, Testing, Migration, Production support and Implement automations.
- Use Python and SQL to write codes and optimize the existing codes where needed
- Use Advanced python capabilities, including statistical packages, to streamline business processes
- Develop test plans and software documentation to support new releases and code modifications
- Interacting with business partners and customers for reporting needs and requirements.
- Use Python dash to created visualizations and User Interfaces in Python
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and established standards are in use
- Extracting the data from multiple data source.
- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
- Able to debug/code difficult functions/macros using VBA
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ownership of tasks assigned without supervisory follow-up
- Proactive and enthusiasm to take on new challenges
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Proactive planner and can work independently to manage own responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
Preferred qualifications
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Must possess problem solving skills and be proactive in researching solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills (i.e. complex formulas)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel
