Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, StrategyIn this role, you will be key part of the Genpact s Strategy team, working on a variety of growth strategy problems for the company. You will be involved across different facets of the Strategy function across strategy development and transformation management.
The role will provide exposure to the strategy lifecycle starting from market research, data gathering, financial analysis, business case development and recommendations to managing complex programs.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake research on emerging themes/areas and develop points of views for using in internal and external forums.
- Conduct competitive intelligence assessments to gauge the moves by other players in the industry.
- Gather internal and external quantitative and qualitative data and analyze them to drive deeper insights.
- Collate internal financial data and be able to develop and understand business case for various initiatives.
- Consolidate, analyze, synthesize and manage content for various strategy deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with senior colleagues within Strategy and thought partner with them on the strategy projects.
- Support in Program Managing transformation programs.
- A Master s Degree (MBA / Finance / Economics)
- Proven work experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in conducting fact based business research.
Preferred qualifications
- Excellent quantitative abilities and a good understanding of financial analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of senior executives.
- Proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality work, under dynamic and a fast-paced environment.
- A curious mind, eager to learn emerging topics and an intellectual agility to adapt to the dynamic context.
- Experience in specific domains in any of Digital Commerce, Cloud, Analytics, or industries such as Banking, Hi-tech/Born-in-Cloud, CPG/Retail, will be a plus.
