Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Project Management
Responsibilities
- Setup SaaS IB and Contracts/Entitlement per standards
- Manual execution and tracking of orders and order updates
- Help run the global projects on SaaS Smart Subscription models (except USCAN)
- Closely work with FE to initiate installation project with the customer
- to check the readiness for install projects Ex. do they have right FE for the install project, are the FE trained, are FE communicated well in advance for installation, etc.
- Track installations & Region Readiness, - Coordinate with PMI, FE, Services/Sales Team, Healthcare Digital Team,.
- Project management, attention to detail, good communication (Written, oral), Prompt, experience with GE Systems (MyOrders, eOM, GLPROD, Salesforce Taskray)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- B. Tech /BE
- Experience in working on Order Management
- Healthcare data & system knowledge, SFDC, VBA, Lean/Six Sigma certified
- Process Mapping, Content Writing, Lean certified, Smart sheet, MS Vision
Preferred qualifications
- Good interpersonal skill
- IT background will be added advantage- basically resource will co-ordinate with FE, Digital team for the SaaS installations
