Job Description

Job Characteristics:

To work towards the minimization of Revenue Loss through Enforcement activity by carrying out enforcement raids/ inspection, thereby impacting the AT&C.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To carry out enforcement raids for detection of electricity theft /irregularity with and without police as and when necessary.

2. To check the records with the SAP CRM on suspected cases for getting the first hand clue.

3. To prepare MIS/ inspection reports and conduct timely submission of Inspection reports to back office.

4. To attend courts/ police stations to resolve default cases and issue inspection reports and supporting documents from EAC.

5. To perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organization requirements.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

1. Basic knowledge of Metering parameters, metering arrangements. Connection of meters (single phase , 3 phase, CT-PT /Metering Cubicle), DT Meter, knowledge of tampering

2. Knowledge of Electricity Act 2003, IE Rules, CEA guidelines as applicable in functioning of company

3. To accurately estimate time and effort required to complete a task, identify and organize systems and required resources, to establish priorities systematically and differentiate between urgent, important, and unimportant tasks.Roles and Responsibilities
