Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide accounting advisory support, including implementation assistance with Ind AS and other international GAAPs
Support a portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates
Desired Profile:
5-7 years of experience in in Financial Reporting and Advisory , Accounting Advisory
Qualified CA / ACCA
Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Client facing experience is preferred
Willingness to travel
Skill Set: -
Expert technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP
Ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively
Strong report writing and review skills
Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback to the team
Monitor time and manage deadlines of the assignments
Provide periodic technical trainings to the team members.
The candidate may be required to travel outstation for work Domestic or international
Candidate would be working in a client facing environment
Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
Strong MS Excel skills, along with good working knowledge of other computer programs.
Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach
Ability to work independently and in teams is essential
Ability to manage projects according to strict deadlines
Extensive knowledge on presenting facts, findings and observations to interested parties, including auditors
