Job Description

ASM- BIDI Division

Co-ordinate with TSMs to ensure stocks of bidis are available to meet area requirements while maintaining stocks as per norms

* Visit market 20 days a week as per approved tour plan to achieve set objectives

* Interact regularly with agents/ retailers to solve problems if any regarding stocks, quality, deliveries, outstandings and seek guidance from TSM if required

* Obtain information regarding competitors product and pricing, advertising, consumer preference and forward information to territory sales manager for appropriate action

* Be vigilant in the market place and provide information on spurious products and take necessary action

* Identification of parties known to be selling spurious items of company's brands and take action with support of TSM to control/eradicate this practise

* Interact regularly with TSIs and provide immediate feedback after travelling in the market with them on their areas of improvement and the action they need to take to improve their productivity

* Keep abreast of competitors activiyies in market, consumer preferences, changes in market trends and provide information to TSM
