Job description

* 10 years of experience with mastery in any of the domains of an ITES - BFSI , BPS, KPO (Non-voice) operations
* Preferred experience in Auto, Mortgage, Legal or BPO Servicing Industry.

Required Candidate profile

Preferred 2-3 years experience in Supervising / Managing operations.
Added experience in Transition, Analytics or Quality Assurance in above organization desirable
