Job Description -

• Sourcing / Acquisition of Home/Business/SME MSME//LAP Loan customers to the Bank through open market
• Meeting builders/associations / Generating reference for all the above product
• Micro marketing activities at potential locations, markets, builders/ Business areas to build a good sales pipeline
• Targeting the Retail Asset customers in order to develop new clientele for the Bank.
• Cross selling other retail bank products and insurance
• Completion of documentation and files of customers and coordinate with the operations / credit team to get the files disbursed.
• Knowledge of finance process, how to source documents from the customers, how to get the files filled, KYC completion, etc
• Wide contact base in the local market
• Knowledge of competition players in the local market
• Working knowledge of mails, excel, word etc
