Hiring for Customer Relationship Officer - Sales Team leader for Muthoot finance

Qualification:- Minimum Graduation Required

Female Candidate preferred only

Location:- Raipur

CTC Offer :- Up to 30k pm + Quarterly Incentives + Travel allowance

Roles and Responsibilities.

Handling the team of Sales Staffs and Planning the activity around the branches

Customer Acquisition

Field sales and Corporate Sales

Planning Activities for each Branch

Execution of Activities

Take over Plans to be executed

Attrition management

Performance Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of Experience into Sales and Marketing at Banking or NBFC industry only .

Preferably Banking sales & Marketing Experience

Team Handling Experience

Target Oriented
