Position: Associate/Sr. Associate- Business Analyst
Shift Time: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM(IST)
Job location: Sector-126, Noida
Please find below the Job responsibility:
Responsible for undertaking process improvement initiatives. Creating and implementing process changes.
Responsible for creating process flows and SOP documents.
Responsible for gathering data and information on clients to create client playbooks for the organization.
Presentation & analysis of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Dashboard and reports with Sr. Management in US.
Skills Required:
Preferred Six Sigma Black Belt.
Working experience in advanced Excel
Working experience in Microsoft Visio or any comparable tool
Good written and communication skills
Analytical mindset
Qualification: Any graduate/ post graduate
Experience: 3- 5 Years(relevant into Business Analysis)
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in the staffing industry
Experience as a quality analyst
