Key Objective of the Job:
Testing across all the channels of finance company i.e. Retail website, mobile app, Whatsapp, Google Assistant, Alexa, Chatbot
Major Deliverables: -
Doing the thorough testing of all the applicable projects/changes across digital channels.
Testing across various platforms i.e. Android, IoS etc.
Issue reporting to technology and seek resolution in a timely manner.
Coordination with all the stakeholders i.e. business and IT teams to complete the testing.
Sending MIS to seniors
