About the Role
Technology Manager responsible to drive technical teams, business consultants towards Organization/Group priorities. This is a leadership role to manage value delivery of Wells Fargo Auto Lending Technology Group at Enterprise Global Services [EGS]. This role will report in to the head for Auto Lending Technology at EGS.
Responsibilities
Lead the technology teams at EGS for Auto Lending Technology Group, executing multiple Agile SCRUM projects with multilocated teams and responsible for the overall direction of the technology delivery for the sub line of business across applications and projects
- Engage with the Technology Head of Auto Lending sub lob group at US and his/her directs to formulate and implement an effective global talent strategy
- Collaborate with technical teams at EGS level to implement organization wide objectives
- Handling midsized team with various management responsibilities that include application ownership, leading agile squads/projects, developing technology strategy, stakeholder management, resource management
- Ensure predictable, defect free deliverables meeting defined delivery metrics
- Pay a key role in the global leadership team and manage initiatives at global scale
- Responsibility includes being an front line manager and lead senior technology and business analyst team members
- Ensure effective transition of technology work from the US to the EGS in collaboration with the Us teams and transition teams
- Over 15 years of Managerial and business expertise in the Loan Origination & Servicing in Banking vertical Exposure to Auto Loans will be added advantage
- Experience and Exposure to Design, Development, Development Operations and production support lifecycle for Microsoft technologies (Cloud/noncloud, Web services etc.)
- Strong experience and exposure to .NET, Micro Services technologies and Azure/PCF cloud
- Proven record in a successful offshore delivery environment, across multiple sites collaborating with partners.
- Must be able to demonstrate true results with impacting business outcomes
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, develop and retain talent
- Experience with Agile (Scrum) Product/project management methodology
- Experience and exposure to legacy migration and technology upgrades specifically mainframe-to-.NET technologies
- Knowledge of technical project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Good people management skills and ability to manage staff of varied skill & experience levels
- Ability to manage resources, finances and deliverables on a variety of projects simultaneously, with changing priorities.
- Ability to think logically; excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong implementation skills; highly organized and self-directed; takes initiative
