About the Role
This is a leadership role to manage Collections and Recoveries group at Wells Fargo International Solutions Pvt. Ltd (WFIP). This role will report into the head of Retail Lending Technology at WFIP and functionally to the DCBMO lead in USA. As the leader of DCBMO, this role will own endtoend delivery and applications ownership along with providing direction to DCBMO suite of applications. Responsibilities

  • Help align deposit and credit bureau activities within the organization to strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance

  • Establish strong governance and standardize policies, processes, and procedures

  • Inspire high performance and make investments in seasoned staff with deep FCRA domain expertise

  • Continue to expand data analytics and aggregate enterprise-wide reporting to derive insights from consumer reporting activities

  • Enhance the corporate Policy, Group Level Procedures, control frameworks, and Technology

Essential Qualifications

  • 12 years experience of hands-on IT experience in technology development and delivering secure and robust software

  • Ability to manage multiple technology areas, willing to roll up the sleeves and get to details

  • Wide Core Java Development experience.

  • Experience developing and managing PEGA based applications

  • Good experience on SQL/PL SQL and database concepts

  • Good understanding of ETL and data lake concepts and any experience on tools such as Ab initio is a big plus

  • Rich experience working in Agile environment

  • Hands on experience adopting and implementing engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, Developer leading functional automation efforts, Automated deployment

  • Experience in recommending changes to application architecture with knowledge in infrastructure aspects and good ability to articulate to stakeholders.

  • Skilled in configuration management aspects incl. Jenkins, Maven, UDeploy, Apache Ant usage

  • Perform peer code reviews

  • Experience of testing frameworks ex; Junit/Selenium/Cucumber

  • Relationship experience with business partners (SMEs, stakeholders, PMs) and technology partners (data analysts, application developers, QA analysts)

  • Ability to assess and solve problems, grasp concepts quickly, and design solutions

  • Familiarity with consumer lending processes

  • Familiarity with domain driven design concepts

  • Self-motivated individual who can lead large teams by holistically participating in architecture, design and development activities
