We are hiring for one of our Top Broadband client for Senior Executive/AM -Area Service Incharge - Installation and Fault Repair- Mumbai and Delhi -NCR
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end delivery of Installations and Fault Repairs for Broadband
Customers within defined TAT and SLA
2. Responsible for onboarding partner teams for execution of I&FR activity
3. Partner Governance for Installation and Fault Repairs to deliver Technically superior, First
time Right Customer experience on I&FR
4. Strict adherence to safety measures
5. Attend and clear Fault repair or Service request arising out of Broadband network
through partner teams within defined SLA and KPI's
6. Daily dashboard reporting, and MIS for Activations done, and Fault attended
7. Total pendency reporting with proper remarks
8. Recovery from time to time for the de-activated customers through partner teams as per
defined TAT and KPI's
9. Responsible for cross functional lead, support and follow up for customer related and all
escalations if any

3. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols

Experience:- Only Male candidate with Minimum 4-6 Years of experience in Functional Domain in the I&FR / Customer Service Delivery for Senior Executive ASI and Minimum 6-9 years for Assistant Manager-ASI
Age Factor : Senior Executive : less than 30 Yrs and AM : less than 34 Years
Location:- Mumbai , Delhi
Should belong to Mumbai and Delhi location only
