AVP - Procurement Management (GLobal Process Owner) Candidate expectation : Minimum 13 yrs experienced and hands on in Procurement Support, Spot Buy, Sourcing, Ability to perform under pressure Problem-solving skills Detail orientation Strong analytical skills Ability to establish strong client relationship Provide Ongoing Maintainence of Suppliers, create Catalogue Content and maintain user authorization data Critical thinking and ability to solve complex business problems into analytics solutions Innovative mindset to identify to identify improvement oppurtunities Analyzing and Designing the best practices Planning the implementation based on the detailed understanding Utilising Procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions Role Requires Indepth analysis/evaluation of variable factors Transformation mindset and eye for identifying automation/ Process Improvement oppurtunities Requires Innovative Mindset to identify improvement oppurtunities, decrease cost and increase client value decisions Managing Medium/ large Teams Flexible in Rotational shifts
