• Providing Mandatory Service and Customer Complaints support during field visit.
• Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance .
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Maintaining TAT Turn Around Time as per customer given time.
• Renewing AMC for Chimney and Water Purifier.

Job Description - Group Leader

• Managing and Allocation of Jobs to the Service technician.
• Regular monitoring of Service Technicians.
• Ensuring Mandatory Service, Customer Complaints support, installation, .
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Ensuring TAT Turn Around Time as per customer given time.
• Responsible for revenue by renewing AMC for Chimney and Water Purifier.
