- Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance .
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Maintaining TAT Turn Around Time as per customer given time.
- Renewing AMC for Chimney and Water Purifier.
Job Description - Group Leader
- Managing and Allocation of Jobs to the Service technician.
- Regular monitoring of Service Technicians.
- Ensuring Mandatory Service, Customer Complaints support, installation, .
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Ensuring TAT Turn Around Time as per customer given time.
- Responsible for revenue by renewing AMC for Chimney and Water Purifier.
