Job Description
***Applicant should be currently staying in Chennai or ready to relocate to Chennai if offered with proper Broadband connection willing to WFH / WFO. If WFO, Door step Pick-up & Drop will be provided***
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience in Chat support.
- Answer Customer queries Via chat, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.
- Besides assisting the customer queries need to figure out the potential and close sales over every chat
- Should be very good in typing with 40 WPM.
- Should be able to take multiple chats at the same time (Average 4 to 7 chats)
- Identify the Customer Escalation and act according to it.
- Must communicate to the Customers Effectively over chat.
- Must be good In terms of written and verbal communication.
- Must be an analytical and a logical thinker to solve customer queries and issues.
Working Days : 5 Days a week
Shift timings : Totally Rotational Night shifts
Week offs : Any 2 days
Work Location: SITEL INDIA Ramanujam IT Park, Hardy towers, 1st Floor, C block, Rajiv Gandhi
salai, OMR road, Taramani, Chennai 600113 Landmark : Opposite to Thiruvanmiyur railway station.
