Roles and Responsibilities
Payroll:
Salary and Benefits administration, ensuring Statutory compliance
HRMS:
Ensuring BGV and employee records in HRMS
Ensuring timely updates for all changes
Report generation
Employee life cycle:
On-boarding support- Induction, policy updates communication, Tax declarations
Issuance of appointment, appraisal, confirmation, promotion letters
Ensuring Good employee Experience
Compensation:
Mapping and benchmarking of internal and external data
Compa ratio
Assisting in restructuring as and when required
Managing Insurance benefit
SPoC for internal, ISO and external Audits
Desired Candidate Profile
Sound knowledge of statutory regulations, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum wages, maternity benefits etc.
Good in Excel
Must be ready to work from 1.00 pm. to 10.00pm
Good interpersonal skills
