Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
5-10 yrs experience in Embedded software for IoT, Python, C.
Expertise in development for camera, network server, internet connectivity and internet security.
Should have UWB(Ultra-wide band) experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Embedded C programming
- Design and implement electrical- electronics schematics of embedded devices circuits and systems.
- Having in-depth understanding of various data communication protocols is a must. Specially HTTP, Bluetooth, USB, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, PCI, RTSP and LORA, etc.
- Have a good understanding of ARM Core, NXP, TI DSP and ESP32 multi-core architectures, hands on with Arduino and Raspberry PI based boards.
- Have exposure with embedded C/C++, TCL/TK, Python development and scripting.
- Have experience and hands-on skills on ARM Cortex, Power PC, Infinion, STM, ESP32 based and other industrial 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers based design.
- Have exposure with different peripherals such as ADC, DAC, DMA, Timer Counters, Interrupt, Clocks, RTC.
- Have experience in design sensors, smart sensors and actuator drive.
- Have a good understanding of different power modes and power optimization schemes for the microcontrollers/ SOCs.
- Good understanding of different external hardware and SOCs such as Flash, EEPROM memory, MEMS sensor, Camera interface instrumentation design, etc.
- Have experience in handling derating, power budgeting, power supply regulation and distribution optimization design.
- Strong capability of working independently on Schematic Designs using Or CAD Capture, PADS LOGIC, Dx Designer, Ki CAD along with proficiency on Simulation using PSpice, etc.
- Have experience in PCB/PWB board stack planning, grounding plan creation, BoM creation, assembled board bring-up, debugging electronics, firmware and hardware related problems.
- Have hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools, Function analysers, CRO, current measurement probes, SDK and interfaces like JTAG, SWD.
- Have good working experience in different embedded electronics development IDE toolchain- build and debug capability, HILS, MATLAB-Simulink, pS/PICE, SABER modeling and simulation.
- Hands On experience in IoT, robotics, motor drive design, RF components ( filters, amplifiers, antenna) based product development would be an added advantage.
- Provide thought leadership for the development of digital and analog electronics circuits and product grade PCBs.
- Support the transition of a design from development to production.
- Perform preliminary and detailed design analyses.
- Familiarity with NEC, IEC, UL, and CSA regulatory standards.
- Support Design Assurance and Qualification Testing
- Cooperate with cross function to conduct the design transfer ensuring the product developed to be transferred successfully to production without any conflict of process.
